multiplayer error

When I try to open a file from multiplayer i get the following message

sorry the file i0000004898.fogsg does not seem to be valid

and on the only other turn I have

sorry the file i0000004897.fogsg does not seem to be valid

it wont go away by clicking OK, i have to exit the game

i now have 3 games like this - how can I get rid of them?

Can you list which games they are so the guys can download them and try and work out the issue.
