Early Achaemenid Persian - Saka Ally

Hi,
checking some army lists regarding Early Achaemenid Persian in some discussions on this forum, I've realized there are some mystakes because Crescent shield archers as LF (only from 465) cannot be used with SAKA ALLY (only in 530).
Is it right?
I mean if I'd like to have Saka Ally I cannot use LF 0-24 but only 0-8.

That is correct, the Saka allies can only be used in 530BC and the crescent sheld archers are only available after the later date of 465BC.

You can still take 12 bases of Saka Lh from the EAP list but no Saka allies.
