15mm Sumerian/Akkadian recommendations

Post by ShadowbendStudios »

Hello forum;
I put together my master list of armies I want to start collection and figured I'd start with the oldest first. I've looked around for some Sumerian/Akkadian lines and came acros Essex, Magister Militum and Falcon Figures (no pictures of the falcon figures unfortunately).
Any recommendations for Sumerian/Akkadian figures? I know Essex is rather the "standard" line but MM seems to look nice. Any other manufacturers that I have not found?

Thank you in advance for your advice, suggestions, recommendations.

My Akkadians are mostly Magister Militum with a few Essex thrown in.

I haven't seen the Falcon ones I am afraid.

Hi Skip ,

mine are from Essex , few figures from Magister in the command bases ;

haven't seen the Falcon they have usually little 15mm , difficult to mix already seen the mongols , good cast , many details on figures;
if I paint another Sumerian Army , it will be a complete Magister militum , figures are very detailed , the Guti "flies" are really cool ;

Best Regards
