Multiplayer Error 3060

A couple of weeks ago an opponent in Singapore told me mid-game that he would be going away for a couple of weeks. He has now resumed and sent me a move. When I try to open it I get an error 3060 message. I don't want my opponent to think I'm ignoring him or have the game sit indefinitely in my current games folder if it's u/s.

What's to do?
