How does a lone General react to being charged?

If a General moves with a unit, can he also move in the Inter Bound Phase?

If a General moves with a unit, can his placement within the unit be changed freely, or only through turns, expansions, or whatever?

If a general dies in front rank, is the element he replaced also killed?

>>> This will be clarified in the next version. Until then assume he'll join a unit within 6", otherwise evade if of a type able to do so, otherwise he's caught & killed!
