Tim, you noted down our Levy as "useless". Should not that description have been with the rest of the troops in the army as well? (commanders included I suppose)

putting the arg into argumentative, except for the lists I check where there is no argument!

I do note a 900 point listed for the same army used by the winners are Usk 2009. Did this one have useless troops and commanders as well? I presume that the 2010 variety was not the the 'including the winners' referred to in the title?

Tim won. His levy may have been useless, but they were far more sensibly positioned and better lead.

Tim and Phil,

What figures did you use for Koryo Korean, useless or otherwise?

Cheers,

Wasn't it more a case they actually had leaders? 66 :)

We used a combination of "the Chinese stuff I bought when I was 19 and have shamelessly used for any vaguely oriental army ever since" and "those nicely painted DBM Mu Jung Hsien Pi double based lancers that otherwise might never see the light of day again" that Brian owned.

Our only "Korean" troops were 6 bases of Irr D LI with Bow I picked up from Alan Touller once.

No they were made out of better lead.

Ah, the good old All Purpose Oriental Army, good for everything from Shang to Renaissance Ming! I've got one of those.

Yes, my Han were caught mascarading (sp?) as Western Wei this past weekend to very little effect. Next time the spear and bow armed Ch'in will have to join in, methinks.

Even I have too much shame to make them Korean! That said my Parthians have doubled as Turks and will soon be Tibetan (thanks to the list advice from Dr. Phil)
