Attack from IP address

Hi guys

we have been subjected to a series of attacks from teh following IP address - 81.145.131.202

This resolves to the follwoing contact details. We have tried contacting them but get no answer. This is teh mail we sent them

"We are getting periodic events originating from your IP address where it appears that you are trying to open nearly every linkable page on the site, causing major server issues. This is probably due to some malicious software on your machine or a machine in your office. We advise you to download and run spyware and virus checking software - which is available free online. Examples are AVG, Avast, Spybot."

If anyone has any way to contact them then please do. We are going to have to block the IP address if it happens again.
