Just bought and unable to download

I normally buy form Matrix and decided to support developer by buying here but I am face problem

After I pay for the game and refer to a download page ...I start to dowmload and it was cut off , then I try to redownload for more than ten times but it gave a permission denied

I try to find my order at Digital River www.findmyorder.com but have the same error and it read message I have download too many times

Please advise and this is first time happening to me ...

Can you check you have no special virus protection programs running as these tend to rotate IP addresses and fool Digital River in to thinking you have downloaded too many times. It's the same service as Matrix though so strange you would have problems with us and not them. Will look in to this tomorrow when back in the office.

I use Internet DOwnload Manager to download with all my Matrix purchase ( over 40 games ) and not a single problem

I also read somewhere in the forum , that a guy also have the same problem as me . wonder his has been resolved

I am unable to download after the first try , so it could nit be too many times error unless that we are only allowed to download once ..

Really been disappointing affair as took leave just to learn and play this game

Hope this can be resolved assoon as possible

Digital river are the same for Matrix or Slitherine - exactly the same

If there is an issue it could be related to a change since you downloaded a Matrix game. Or it is just bad luck.

Probably something has change ,,,,

Digital River are the same for both but the only difference i can see is the number of redownload been set differently

This guy have almost the same as mine wonder his case resolve

I think this was the guy with rotating IP addresses which really messed things up at Digital River. They'll have to work out some way to deal with it as it seems to be an increasingly used option in virus checkers etc.
