Early Nomad List ( E of D )

Post by Scrumpy »

I was looking through that list and wondering what do people think is the best ratio of Ct to Cv for the 6-18 lancers they offer.

Mulling over 10 Ct & 8 Cv with lh & cv support and some poor lf to skirmish.

Cheers

Probably 3x4 cav and 1x6 cats, being undrilled.

putting the arg into argumentative, except for the lists I check where there is no argument!

Might not help you win against 6Bg of Cav lancers tho. What do you think Mr Ruddock. :D
Although getting 5 hits out of 5 at - may have helped the cav

Well, I thought about using a load of girly shooty Cav, but then I remembered I wouldn't be wearing a skirt so chose lancers.
Except for Tibetan I think Koryo gets the most lancer bases in the book. But if you've got the balls to take Tibetans you can wear what you like.
What sort of army are you using Pete?

A (hopefully) combined arms one! Looking forward to it. And at least the snow's gone.

Give me one.

Tho the Levy were quite special, they caught a BG of LH in the rear, went disrupted themselves in impact, then broke the LH in the melee, which then fragged another 2 BG of LH and disrupted a third. They were still disrupted at the end of the game though.
