Army List companions

Post by timmy1 »

Sorry if this has been asked before (I know it has been touched upon). Do we know how many companions and what broad historical areas they will cover?

If it followed the FoGAM model, 4 DBM books ended up with 12 companions (1:3) but each DBM book had more lists than DBR, so we could work on 1:2. (I would have suggested 5:4 as that is my favourite Shot to Pike Ratio but it makes the maths harder.) That would get us 6 companions.

Anyone any clues?

Yes, but we can't tell you

Alas, as well as being a bit of an attempt at humour it is also accurate - you'll have to wait for Slitherine/Osprey to make an announcement I'm afraid.

Any news about when news will be announced. Is it aimed for the first or second half of the year for example, as 'next year' is now this year.

Oh yes I know this is like asking about the meetings to plan meetings but thought I would ask. :)

Mellis

Are you sure that we are ready for the news about when news will be announced? Should we not have a pre-news announcement to prepare us for the 'news about when news will be announced' (with apologies to Scott Adams)?

I also think it should be in it's own thread or subforum...

Tim
