I play only the PC game version.

Is there any "Fanatics" units in TT game?

I assume you mean a different class or factor and the answer is no.

You could make them through the other classifications though.

What are the particular attributes you see as "fanatic"?

Reckless aggression - sometimes charging without orders? That's in the PC and TT game.

High morale, even if ill-equipped? Troops can be defined that way, though the way quality works it reflects both high morale and enhanced fighting ability through re-rolls, since they normally go together.

Perhaps superior knights might be what you have in mind, might charge off without orders and being superior makes them tough in battles. Most of the TT Roman armies could be classed as fanatics, impact foot superiors who might just go off without orders and get in trouble. Lots of troop types in the TT game that are subject to the anarchy charges of the PC game.
