Problems downloading FoG PC - Help Needed

Hi Slitherine,

I ordered the downloaded version last night. I was very exceited to say the least. I love the miniatures game and was looking forward to expanding my game play exponetially. I have a number of friends that also love the miniature version. So, we hope to use this to shorten the miles between us.

But, I encountered a road block during my download (after the payment was made and I received my order number & S/N etc etc). For some reason the download stalled at around 28MB, then the speed dropped to only around 1.5 KB/sec. I have the highest speed broadband cable internet I can pay for. So, I canceled and repeated. A would get a MB or two and then it would stall again. I continued but then hit a download limit wall. Now I am not allowed any more download attempts. So, I'm stuck. No game downloaded and no further attempts allowed. I really don;t know what the issue was with the download. It could be my ISP, your server, or somewhere in between. My ISP test showed it was OK? But, who knows.

So, can someone help me get my download re-set so I can try again? Perhaps a different day and time will allow it to work OK. If it stalls again, then I will likely attempt another approach.

P.S. I have also sent an email with details.
