TUNIS 255: BALANCED - SCENARIO

I really like the Tunis scenario as it produces a good battle between two quite different types of armies: at its heart, armoured infantry versus elephants and cavalry. The Romans are out-gunned in the original scenario, although they can win. However, I thought I'd produce a balanced version with equal VPs. I've added two Principe units and buffed the Hastati to Elite. This should be played as the Carthaginians with the AI set to strongly favour Romans. Let me know how it plays out and I'll make any edits as required to improve balance.
