Serial Number on download

When trying to install 'HISTORY Great Battles Medieval' I get a message saying to enter the serial code. Where will I find this code please. I have had no emails about it yet (should I get some?)

Upon purchase, you should be mailed all download details and a serial number by Digital River, who provides the digital download services.

Please check your spam folder in case the automatic email containing all order/download and serial details was accidentally removed by your spam filter.

You can get a reminder of your details at www.findmyorder.com. Check your spam filter has not prevented the mail confirmation getting through.

Thankyou for your reply. Unfourtuently there is still no e-mail in junk or in the inbox telling me the details. I have been to the link but the details i put in don't work. I double checked the credit card number and the email adress. What should i do now?

Are you sure the order went through? Do you have an order number? If you mail info@slitherie.co.uk with your details we'll look it up. Don't send card details, just your full name etc.
