At this time i dont believe so...
I wonder if the Wargamer.com could be utilzed as resource to upload user made scenarios> After all, you can still download user mods/scenarios from some really old games there...

Keith always says to send user made scenarios to him and he will look them over. You should be able to find his e-mail in the user designed game forum somewhere.

I think that was more of a plan by default as there is no way to upload files here..
Also I wonder if a lot of people who have designed scenarios might feel it daunting to fwrd them to the game developer for review and to be possibly included in a pacth or update. Imagine if you emailed Kieth like 20 scenarios and not one was included in an update! (and they still wouldnt be available for the public at large!)

We're looking for a way to handle it but at the moment you have to post them on a file sharing site and send teh links or mail to Keith and if he thinks they're different enough from what we have and complete enough they'll be in the next patch.
