arrows above hills with elev. 2?

Hi!

Question:

Archers on the ground with elevation 0 throwing their arrows above hills with elevation 2 to the enemy on the ground with elevation 0!

Is it possible?

Yah been like that since beta. They never put in a LOS block for shooting purposes.
