I've been searching for a list of the battles covered and can't find anything. Is their a list somewhere?

The manual is built into the pc game.

Yes.
The only way to access the manual is in game.

The manual is all html and you can access it from the start menu after installing or in game.

You can also open help from c:\program files\slitherine\field of glory\help\index.html using your web browser. Keith
