Multiplayer problem

I cant get the multiplayer to work, i press the multiplayer button and it says Please wait...Launching Client, nothing happens! i cant even cancel to play against the computer i have to shut down the whole game and start all over again. How do i create a loggin?
Please help.

This has happend to me a couple of times. I have just assumed the server is having troubles. It has fixed itself by the next time I log on to play

We have seen the server go up and down a few times recently and are trying to track down why. The server thinks it is runnig fine so as far as it knows there was no issue but we have definitely seen issues with trying to connect to it. It is a bit of a mystery at the moment but we're working on it.

Sounds great that im not the only one having this problem, lets hope you can fix it.
