If your doing this in 28 mm maybe consider using the Wargames Factory Numidian box for your Light Foot. Its well priced, you get plenty, and the options and poseability rock. I bought a box and made a BG of javelinmen with 6 bases and have enough for 4 bases of slingers or archers too. They are really well made and were a blast to put together.
