What are we going to name Blood & Gold?

Post by timmy1 »

Almost all the companion army list volumes have now acquired a generally used alternate name, Swifter than Arthritic Eagles having become Softer than Beagles being my personal favourite.

Now we have Blood and Gold. What are we going to choose?

My favourite would be Chocolate and Tinsel but that might considered to be being rude to the armies in the list.

An alternative is suggested by its full title 'Blood and Gold: Warfare in the Americas' (or something close to that). How about calling it 'Blue and Grey: Warfare in the Americas'? Just an idea.

Got to be Bud and Corona

Gives the Aztecs an input rather than just the north americans
(or the imported recipe, then, watered down european stuff)

In all honesty I normally refer to the relevant armies as "another bunch of pyramid builders", or more succinctly, "f*cking pyramid builders". Doesn't quite rhyme with Blood and Gold though... :)

Grandiose public buildings - pyramids in particular - are usually not a good sign for the average prole out there.

Peter, I have never felt so included to use your term as that would be confusing. Softer than Beagles also have said type. Now if you had said topless ******* pyramid builders there would be more interest.
