Allied Generals cost 10 less than normal generals, also I think you have cheated yourself of 6 points when totalling the points, so if I am right you have another 18 points to play with, enough for either a BG of ribalds that can hide in terrain and boost your break point or six more TF. On the other hand, you have payed for the knights at Average price, but recorded them as Superior, which would cost an extra 20 per BG.

Also, you appear to be using the Feudal Scots list that ends in 1300, Bannockburn would be Late Medieval Scots, which only allows 4 knights and gives the archers longbows. Of course, if you believe that the earlier list fits Bannockburn better then not many would complain.

Finally the Highland & Island ally list only allows 16 highlanders and no scouts, but since 4 BG is getting to be too much for a single ally general to shepherd replacing BGs 11 and 12 with more Scots (maybe even unprotected spearmen for giving cheaper rear support) could well be a Good Thing.

I think you have too many allied bg for the ally gen to control. If he dies then 1/3rd of your army is going to be in trouble with cohesion tests, and will never recover morale.

Hallo Higgins!

Try to field your spearmen unprotected and to lead them with an inspired commander!
In order to benefict at best from your inspired, I would drop the ally commander and troops.
