Amendment to Scot's Royalist notes

Nik, in view of the introduction of the Moss troopers, the note at the end of this list needs to be changed from no mounted in 1644 to no mounted other than Moss Troopers.

And yes to the Irish. unless we say otherwise anything (within reason) is up for discussion until the document is sent to Osprey/Slitherine. Richard and I will say if a matter is closed.
