Rulequestion : Evades of LightHorse

situation with my byzantine against hunnics :

a LH unit is charged by Cv and has no space to evade sideways only backwards
it must evade into a friendly Cv unit behind it,
the evade distance is not fully behind the friendly Cv, some stands will have a overlapping.

Is it allowed move that the LH unit falls another 2 MUs behind the Cv like LF ?
Is there any other possibilitie that the LH unit can evade or is there no evade move possible ?.

Of course when the LH evades the friendly Cv drops one cohession level.
