If I update to the patch...game doesn't start :(

The game MH CEAW gold...works fine on my main desktop...with the patch.

When I installed it on my laptop, the game works fine until I install the patch. Then it shows the black DOS like box but then nothing more happens. Anyone, any ideas??

Currently we dont have a solution for the new patch issue - it relese on serial numbers which the old CEAW did not have. We're lookjig for ways to issue serial number but it's not really possible to verify who has a copy of the original CEAW so its a tricky problem.
