You know some of these already, but for others I included everything in the pic.

It goes something like this:

* Green star background on the nature node: The green wizard has melded the node.
* 7 inside the star: How much power you get from the node per turn
* Yellow dot underneath green star: A "neutral" enchantment. In this case it's the Counter Magic built in to every node (and in this case particular, it counters any magic that is not Nature aligned)
* Green upward triangle: A beneficial enchantment. This would be the bonus Nature creatures receive in the node.
* Downward triangle: A harmful enchantment. There isn't one on the node, but on the town there seems to be some kind of negative enchantment.
* Green banner over town: The green wizard owns the town
* 24: Population of 24,000.
* Coins: Trade Goods are currently being produced
* Small 1 under the coins: How long till production is complete. Doesn't have meaning when producing Trade Goods.
* Shield containing 9: Nine units garrisoned at the town
* Small 9 under population: Nine turns until the next population bump

Also note that for the up and down arrows, every up arrow means there is one unique positive enchantment, every down there is a unique negative enchantment. This is the same notation you'll see in tactical battles as well. To get more information about the enchantments you have to click on the unit (or city) for details. Usually on the units, these will be the last enchantments listed.
