Over to Etruscans for 3rd Year Planning Diplomacy Phase:
The Planning Season begins with Major Factions conducting Diplomacy (on Non-Major Factions and Cities) for the Momentum earned the previous Year, with one d10 roll on the Faction Diplomacy Table or City Diplomacy Table for each such Momentum level.
Etruscans have 4 diplomacy rolls without using momentum bonus.
