Bug when winning a match against marauders/cartel

The problem is that when I achieve victory against either of the two factions mentioned in the title, whether it's the marauders or the cartel, they get out of their vehicles to flee off the map, but then they get back in only to get out again a few seconds later. This repeats several times, and several minutes pass before they completely leave the map, allowing me to get into the abandoned vehicles and claim them as a reward.
