Are you Spartacus? Will you be awarded an ovation for bringing the slaves to heel?

The tournament will run from Nov 1 (Sun) to Dec 27 (Sun).

Sign-ups will close on Oct 31 (Sat)

Here's an overview of how it'll be run.

1. Divisions will be from 4-5 players, for a total of 6-8 battles. Divisions will be sorted based on current TDC Classical ELO, with a default of 1000 for those not having participated in TDC Classical.

2. Battles will be default medium-sized mirror matches with Slave Revolt vs. Roman 105 - 25 BC.

3. All matches will be potluck terrain.

4. Each player may unilaterally reroll the battlefield once. If both agree, an additional re-roll can be done. The option to reroll unilaterally can only be taken during the deployment phase. The player rerolling should surrender the match and post a new challenge using the same armies. Autoselect and autodeploy, then select the surrender option from the briefing menu.

5. The tourney will run for 8 weeks.

6. In regard to other details, we will follow the rules and guidelines posted for TDC play.

7. Players need to own Ancient and Legions Triumphant DLC. We can accept one player per season per division who doesn't own all the DLCs. Such a player will need to have his matches created by his opponents.

8. The default battle type is OPEN BATTLE. If both players MUTUALLY AGREE, any of the other battle types can be played instead. Likewise, games default as Unranked. If both players agree, games can be ranked; don't set this up unilaterally.

9. Scoring

An outright victory. That is, you have routed the opposing force. The difference between the scores + 60 points

For example: 60:47 = 73:47; 40:15 = 85:15; 40:0 = 100:0

If no army has been routed or both have inflicted 60%+ casualties, this would be classed as a Draw. The recorded score will then be used

For example: 66:65 = 66:65; 43:27 = 43:27; 37:0 = 37:0

Only post the score in the top left of the screen. As we input data into a spreadsheet template that calculates the actual score

10 Low LOS mod. This limits visibility in the game to a range of 9 and reduces LOS traced from routers to effectively 0. There are several versions, so make sure you download the correct one - Low LOS (9 Tiles) 0 Routers V5. You can download this in-game from the community content tab. Make sure you get at least the MP version.
