Ostrogoth left wing moved right to regroup as Arab were threatening them on their aisles, but were caught before being able to reorganize properly.

Aetius (Byzantines) defeats random27 (Persians) 62-35


Both armies took their time and lined up across each other and slowly came down; eventually an arrow barrage by both sides ended with the Byzantines getting the better of it but the Persian cataphracts and elephants doing great damage. Eventually the remaining Byzantine cavalry managed to outmaneuver and break enough Persian infantry units before the slower cataphracts and elephants could do any more damage. Close game, gg!

Aetius (Byzantines) defeats edb1815 (Romans) 47-19


The Romans held up on a hill with cavalry on both sides, and the Byzantines came at both sides with arrows and a mix of cavalry and infantry. Although the Roman sides fought well, they were eventually overwhelmed by arrows and flanks, and the middle, which was doing well, then fell to the combined Byzantine army. GG!

Everything went right for the Byzantines here, disrupting and then breaking the core of the Parthian cavalry archers, while the line held against their cataphracts and elephants, finally getting to the back line archers to finish the rout. GG!

Rafydedel Arab city defeats Aetius39 (Byzantines) 64-39

Arab finish this battle and the tournament on their knees, after an exhausting battle against Byzantines, and a victory in the last turns.

As Arab advanced on a very large front on an open terrain, Byzantines reorganize their frontline with their better infantry and superior cavalry facing my retreating left wing, and light troop, cheap infantry, some cavalry and horse archer on a vertical line at right angle, facing my advancing right wing.

We both wiped out our opponent weaker wing after a lot of resistance and heroism, many units fighting until auto break , and many very close to break at the end of the battle. Complex fight situation arose between multiple units that were all fragmented and would still not break. As the aisle were cleaned up, the center became the focus of the battle and units converged to join the fight there. Yet, the arab had some advance and were able to make the difference,
