Are you using PaK mod when playing Red Dawn (based on the screenshots you published) ?
I installed Red Dawn and I have the original e-file with the "old" original icons (Data file installed, campaign in My documents).

I answer to my own question: YES, it works flawlessly in Metz!!! It looks far better! (but Data file is not installed, only campaign in My Documents).
Edit : NO it does not work since in Nordwind I have Japanese Zero and a ship in the middle of the snow.
If this campaign could be compatible with PaK mod it would be awesome!!! I fear it would be a lot of work for El Condoro.
As I understand it, the mod pack has been put on hold, as there’s been no word from its developers for ages! But let’s hope that someone might adapt it at some point! We’ll need to check how this mod works with Nico’s vehicles. He’s made significant progress recently in creating new units.
