Vuk Teble (Latin Greek w/Seljuq) defeats IMC (German)

The Germans had arrayed a mixed force of spearmen and ranged units along a long hill with their right flank covered by a river. Against this force I placed 4 units of light archers and crossbows on the far side of the river to harass that supposedly covered flank and a mixed force of irregular foot, dsmt'd ghilman, crossbows hiding in trees and rough terrain, and a couple spears. I had no intention of going up the hill!
Their center held by 4 units of Dsmt'd Knights arrayed against them the Latins had 4 units of mounted Knights, which were our four generals(what use is chivalry if your Lord has to fight with the peasant foot?), supported by a bit of archery from the side of our left and right flanks.
The German left flank was the most concerning, I was covering it with some crossbows 4 units of Turcoman Cav, 2 light cav, and one irregular foot. They had mounted crossbows, three or four units of crossbows, and two units of Knights.

My mounted Knights repeatedly charged uphill into their dsmt'd knights eventually breaking all four units. Meanwhile I fed their left flank a unit or two of irregular foot to shoot at while I whittled them down with my unreachable light ranged foot across the river. My one unit of irregular foot on the right flank got stuck in to their crossbows while my ranged units troubled their crossbow general. Eventually their mounted knights realized they needed to come into play and managed to break a unit of turcomans fighting their fragmented crossbow general but by this point my knights from the center were wheeling around to rear charge the no longer unassailable German foot on the hill.
