Battlefront migration

Post by ATD001 »

The promised email links for "forgotten" passwords are never sent.

Customer "support" does not respond to emails, sent days ago.

The Battlefront migration protocol is fundamentally flawed.

It's been impossible to have the benefit of products for which I have already paid.

It's really not a good look.

I have, with difficultly, been able to establish an account to log-in. However, the email address appears to be different to the one used at Battlefront for game registration). At the moment, I am completely blocked from doing anything, through no fault of my own, thanks to a poor system and worse (apparently on-existent) support.

Any chance of addressing this issue soon, please?

Support should respond within 24 hours. If they have not then I can point them to this post to re-engage with you.

Please do check your spam folder for any responses though.

Cheers

Thank you. They have still not done so - do they check THEIR spam folders?! It has been several days since the first message and I followed up with one on the matrix email (probably go to the same place).

Recovering from emergency surgery, it's one of the few things that I can do with my time at the moment. Things do go wrong, so having to re-register wasn't a biggie - but when there is an issue, the way that it is resolved by customer service is very important.
