Allies victorious D-Day / 2nd landing beaches??

Hey, I am playing Allies Victorious D-Day and I am at turn 13. I have driven the Germans out of Caen and St Lo, and I am near Cherbourg. Suddenly my primary objective is turned to "land at designed beaches".
All my beaches are free of Germans and I have no men or material to land on those beaches. Why is the game asking for a 2nd landing?? Is this a bug?!
