Multiplayer over slow connection

When I am on a slow connection it often happens that the next turn fails multiple times, could be that its more likely when I am the last player, which I wasn't this time, it runs for a long time and then fails.
A reason for the failed upload would be nice, packet loss, time out, other things could be nice to try to debug this.
