Advice for Digital Purchase

I received a discounted copy of CEaW years back because I was on the test team. Recently, my school upgraded my system package and wiped several of my installed games. I knew about it, but didn't think to check what I needed to keep. Well, I was wondering if it's possible to download CEaW again? I didn't notice anything in my account that shows the purchase or, if any, how many downloads one gets.
