And also, for Si so we finally get an answer, the main discussion started here on how the impact phase sequence works. Are charges actioned individually or are all evades actioned before all charges are moved?

Having spent a lot of intimate time with the Impact Phase rules and sequence. The actions must happen by segment not by individual charge. All evades then all charges.

To split this thing up vertically (by charge) AND horizontally (by segment) would be pretty much impossible.

That way lies madness.
