So I received my anniversary coupon for 21 years. It's for 25 percent off while in previous years it's been 50 percent off.

Is this a policy change or an error?

I just at my account and I see that I can manually retrieve it. How do I do that? There's no link. Also, this just showed up. I've been looking for this every day. My anniversary date is May 26. They used to be good for thirty days after issue. When will mine expire?
