Error on Campaign Series

Where do I go on this site if I need assistance with a game I downloaded? The game is Matrix Campaign Series, John Tiller;(East Front, West Front, Rising Sun). I get an error message when I load the game. I have a photo of the error screen but don’t know how to add the photo to this message

First, I have edited out your email so you don't get lots of spam from robots that trawl sites looking for emails
