order of battle DLC SALE...on STEAM?

I see where 'order of battle' is a FREE demo BOTH on Slitherene/Matrrix and on Steam.
I note Slitherene/Matrrix has US Marines DLC on SALE, but NOT on Steam. What gives?
Will you put said DLC on sale on Steam...soon/now?
Will you put said DLC on sale on Steam in the future?
Or do you keep the DLC to yourself?
