Map (graphic) stay in deployment stage

Hi! I play the game for like 3h and everything was ok till i reload and... game always looks like in the deployment stage. I try reinstaling, checking file integrity in steam and deleting folder from my documents but nothing working for me. Ofc i try to goole it by with no succes either.
Edit: Everything else is ok i can play normaly but map is white(gray)

You can go into the menu somewhere and change the map’s appearance (3D or 2D)

Looks like the map textures may have failed to load properly. Since you already verified files and reinstalled, I’d try deleting the shader/cache folders and checking if any mods or custom graphics settings are causing conflicts. Updating or clean reinstalling the GPU driver might also help because the rest of the game seems to work fine.

Are you sure you don't activate the Option 2D World Map ?
