Order borders

Whenever I have an order like resupply or pre-deployment hold line, there's always an area which I can't draw on, and that makes sense. However, after I use that order and try something like breakthrough attack or seize ground, the exact same border appears, not letting me breakthrough onto enemy territory.

May you please notify me when the bug gets fixed? It's making the game difficult for me to play. Much appreciated for your help!
