Solemnace's Berber(Wattasid) 1466CE-1500CE defeats DocVanNostrand's Polish 1455CE-1500CE 44-18
The Map was dominated by rough ground, a deep stream and Mountains constraining maneuverabllity for the Polish Cavalry versus the Berbers who brought mostly spearmen. The Polish initial impact got bogged down into melee and while some knights where able to break through most could not and many polish cavalry units got ground down in an unrelenting melee until they broke under the pressure giving victory to the Berbers.

Division 2 - Mirror
GeneralKostas vs Solemnace (French 888-1049 AD vs Welsh North 1100-1295 AD) 22-15
The battle ended without a winner. The sudden appearance of Welsh cavalry from the woods on the left of the French line changed the plans of the French general, who preferred to neutralize first the enemy cavalry and then attack the main body of the Welsh who had taken up a defensive position. But it was too late to continue the attack, as night fell on the battlefield and both armies withdrew with minimal losses.

DocVanNostrand's Berber(Wattasid) 1466CE-1500CE defeats Solemnace's Polish 1455CE-1500CE 44-10
The Berber infantry managed to trap the polish left wing against a long stretch of mountain, preventing the cavalry from escaping and leading to much bloodshed. Meanwhile, the opposite wing of polish knights was prevented from breaking through until late due to a mix of a more agile berber cavalry detachment outflanking them and rough terrain slowing their advance. Eventually the berbers did enough damage to force a polish rout. GG to Solemnace, and a fun match up in which the Berbers used terrain on both sides of the mirror match to potent effect.

DocVanNostrand Italian (Guelf) 1320-1399 AD defeats Maeglyr Achaemenid Persian 480-461 BC 43-12
The Achaemenids were taken aback by the enemy force nearly completely comprised of heavily armored "cataphracts", speaking some unknown tongue and flying unfamiliar banners. Though there were some individual heroics on the Persian side, the charge of the knightly lancers proved too difficult to cope with. GG Maeglyr!

Well played, Karvon, and a good use of this new LoS !
The English army was mainly composed of archers and crossbowmen with a small centre of heavily armoured mens-at-arms, supported by several mounted knights. On the other side, a mix of hoplites and frail local lancers, supported by Nubian archers. The Egyptians leaned against a hill but were violently repelled by the ambulant hardware stores.
On the left, the longbowmen quickly seized a small hill overlooking the Egyptian formation and cheerfully emptied their quivers, covering the advance of the heavy infantry. The long archers had no trouble piercing the linen armor of the hoplites and disorganizing their ranks.
The heavy English cavalry carved a bloody path for themselves, supported by men-at-arms on foot and a host of archers.
A unit of crossbowmen and some skirmishers courageously held the right flank, facing some Egyptian skirmishers. The day was beautiful, victory easily assured.
A doubt assails John, the British general: wasn’t the enemy contingent too thin compared to the number of campfires seen by his scouts last night? And where the devil was the nobility of this strange kingdom?
Oh. They’re here. On our right. They’re coming ! They’re coming...
A strong Egyptian contingent came out of the woods to take in hand the English formation. The chariots of the Egyptian nobility, accompanied by a multitude of irregular infantry were greeted by a small volley of arrows from longbowmen who had had time to redeploy but not to aim. Some knights made an turnaround to quickly die. A unit of crossbowmen, alone, really held the right flank. It was swept away.
A new front developed on the desert plain and turned to the advantage of the Egyptians. The fearsome heavy chariots broke through the lines, scattering indifferently archers, knights and ribauds. The end seemed near but, fortunately for the English, the spearmens and hoplites holding the hill were defeated which allowed some units to make a half-turn and crush the counter-attack of the old kingdom.

Maeglyr - English 1066 defeats Indibil - Tuareg 950-1500

What if Hastings was in a desert and the hill was an enclosed oasis?
The Anglo-Saxons had deployed a large corps of spearmen in enclosures, in order to protect themselves against a possible massive charge of lancers. The right flank, led by the proud Huscarls, on foot and mounted, was tasked with attacking the enemy formation in open ground and making an encircling movement.
Against all odds, the Tuaregs deployed many abid al-shira on foot rather than a horde of camels.
There were some, of course, but much less than Harold Godwinson had predicted.
If the camels first managed to disorganize the ranks of the right flank and liquidate the skirmishers, the heavy axes of the huscarls quickly got rid of them and allowed the pincers to close. Indeed, the mounted huscarls, despite losses, managed to reassure their horses enough to take the camels thrown in reverse.
Encouraged by the enthusiastic echoes coming from their right, the main body came out of its lair and began to hinder the camelesque movements. Several spearmen managed to take the camels flank and back.
The abid al-shira, past the impact, did not do much against the determination and discipline of the fierce masters of Britain. Their main force in defeat, the nomads withdrew from the battlefield to seek a less well defended oasis.

Regular Division
Karvon's Seljuq Turkish (East) 1037-1194 AD defeated Indibil's Armenian (Cilicia) 1100-1154 AD 61 - 29.
A medium woods and rough patch anchored our left sector, and a medium woods anchored our right. Large gentle hills with scattered rough lay in the center and right towards the Armenian side of the field.
We deployed a division of mixed horse archers on our far left as a diversionary force. Two such divisions we placed on our right, along with a small division of Dailami foot supported by elephants, and screened by light foot along the edges of the woods on our right. Light horse from each division formed a loose screen across the front to locate the enemy early, while our own troops were deployed rather deep to avoid such detection. Our plan was to skirmish wide on our left with a single mounted command while pushing hard on our right with the rest of our army.
The Armenians deployed an infantry division made up of massed bow, some defensive spear, and medium foot in the center. Mounted divisions with knights, supported by Bedouins, formed up on each flank. A division of light archers screened the mounted on their right.
The Armenians responded to our early push on the left by shifting their mounted and light foot to contain and drive us back. We gave ground slowly, drawing them further and further from the rest of the action into the our far left corner. Eventually, we lost most of the division, but kept the opposing troops out of the main fight.
On our right, the Armenians mounted aggressively drove back our scouts onto our supporting horse archers and awaiting foot and elephants. These shot up, and then swarmed and destroyed them.
We regrouped and fell upon the Armenian foot command, flanking and destroying most of the spear and mediums, and overrunning their massed bow with repeated charges from all sides with our horse.
