Turns per year Mod or TWiNM link dead

I see there's a mod here that said it changed the way the game handles turns, so that you can have more than one per year. That mod is dead though, or at least the Google drive link is dead (TWiNM mod). Can anyone tell me how to alter the turns per year to either 4 per year or otherwise? i want to play a marathon game. Editing the original scenario.bsf crashed the game for me as it required at least 1 year per turn.
