NATO - Assault on Norha Base - Unable to get past turn 4 or 5

Installed via Steam. Windows 11, no missing patches/updates. Steam, no missing updates/patches. NVidia, current driver. Unable to get past turn 4 or 5 for this NATO scenario without crashing to desktop with an Unreal dump. I posted about this on the Steam community and received one acknowledgement, but I'm seeing others having problems with this scenario as well. Crash info follows.
