fail to launch Pike and Shot campaigns

Hi,

I cannot launch Pike and Shot Campaigns on Steam. This has never happened with Steam before (or Slitherine games). I got two different error messages:
First, when I click Play on Steam I got the "Windows cannot find '\PIKEANDSHOT.exe' error. When I looked for the exe file I realized that it was quarantined somewhere else. When I try to extract the compressed exe file to Pike and Shot Campaigns in Steam folder it asks me the password. When I enter the 16 digit password provided during the initial STEAM launch I got 'The password you typed is not correct' message. I don't know what else to do.
