10 NEW We will be using kronenblatt's LOS mod. This limits visibility in the game to a range of 9. There are several versions, and we will be using the basic one, which doesn't include no undo. You can download this in-game from the community content tab. Make sure you get at least the MP version. You need to install this mod in BOTH Ancients and Medieval.

We will use the Time Warp module from Medieval to set up matches between Ancient & Medieval army ? In this case, we can't load two modules together. Maybe there is an option that I didn't see.

Oh, I'd forgotten time warp was a mod itself. I've contacted the author to see if he can make a Time Warp compatible version.

I've gone ahead and made a Time Warp Low LOS mod myself and submitted it to RBS for adding to community content. Hopefully, it will be available in-game soon. If not, I can share it via Google Drive.

It seems to have worked for FoG2, but I cannot get it to load on Medieval.
Message says it has done it & it has downloaded.
But when I check the custom battle field, its not appearing in the Add Mods drop down.

Can you offer any suggestions please?

The original LOS mods for medieval are not time warp compatible since Time Warp is a mod itself and you can only have one mod active at a time.

We will be using a new merged los mod for time warp games in medieval. I have submitted them to RBS and awaiting his response. If they don't get added in a timely manner, I'll make them available via my Google drive.

Sometimes with Medieval, the files of the mod are download in the local folder "CAMPAIGNS" and not "MULTIPLAYER". You need to help him cross the street.

Just to summarize where things stand with LOS mod:

1. In Ancients you need to DL MP_LOW_LOS_V1. Available Now

2. In Medieval you need to DL MP_LOW_LOS_V1. Available Now

3. In Medieval you will need to DL MP_TimeWarp_LOW_LOS_V1. This isn't available yet, but will be soon.

You will need to double-check and make sure these files are in your Multiplayer folder, as sometimes they don't get properly placed.

You can optionally download SP versions of these files and place them in your Campaign folder if you wish to try these out in single player games.

When you play games with both armies from Ancients, you will use the LOW LOS mod in Ancients,
When you play games with both armies from Medieval, you will use the LOW LOS mod in Medieval.
When you play games with armies from Ancients and Medieval, you will use the TimeWarp_LOW_LO mod to set up the game in Medieval.

Divisions will be from 5-7 players for a total of 8-12 battles. You may sign up for a mirrored division, regular division, or both.

I don't understand one thing : if you sign for both, it's means that you'll be in two division, one regular and one mirrored, or just that you'll be in which division needs one more player ?

ok just to confirm i should ignore the one that says undo and download the other 2 for the medieval.

Right, you need 2 for Medieval and 1 for Ancients. The basic versions of each. You can dl the sp versions if you want to test it out. FYI HOML will be using these same mode in the coming season as well.
