Chris Townsend's Egyptians 1200 defeat rockmanbob123's Skythians 750 63 to 20.

In a suitably dry environment, the Egyptians choose to deploy a typical force of close fighters backed by massed archers in the central enclosure, flanked on the right by Sherden swordsmen supplemented by the Libyan infantry, chariots and skirmishers, and, on the left, by light chariots. The Skythians wisely decided to try an outflank to their right, so the entire line pivoted. The cloud of nomad horse archers (light and medium) did manage to break into the enclosure, but were ultimately contained by the timely arrival of reserves, and the counter attacks by the chariots and the Sherden led swordsmen could not be stopped.

Good game.

Egyptians infantry managed to break the Babylonians counterpart infantry before their deadly heavy chariots and other cavalry got to the softer Egyptian archers. GG!

Nijis (Babylonians) defeats IMC (Assyrians) 40-10.

The Babylonians drew up their infantry behind a wadi, while their large force of chariots and cavalry deployed on the flanks. The Assyrians attacked, but just before the lines made contact the shadow of the moon fell across the sun, which the Babylonians attributed to the intervention of the god Sin. The two forces were evenly matched but fortune (that is, the RNG) had clearly deserted the hosts of Nineveh.

Nijis (Babylonians) defeats Philistines (hscic) 41-7.

Marduk's star was clearly in the ascendant, as the Babylonian arrows seemed to be guided to their opponents' breasts by a divine hand, while those that fell on their own ranks went astray. Another game where everything seemed to go right for the Babylonians.
