error code 1969112

Recently started getting this popup per trying to send turns via PBEM__ multiplayer. Has happened in 2 separate scenarios. :(
Any ideas, thank you.

No errorcode but Pike and Shot won't send to server

Well, I re-installed (Slitherine install) & all is well...so far! :)
