Gold Edition

Hi, have issue with gold edition i just bought it on Instant Gaming place ,installed e recognized on Steam after activated key
when i start play not found all dcs but only germany campaign
but steam said me gold edition is really in your library
can someone explain to me if there something wrong in steam step
if i click on other icon (like soviet) pop up say me you need to buy it.......
i have bought GOLD edition ... is not all included?
