I ordered FoG digital and it is not showing up under my orders tab.

At the moment you can only see your physical orders in that area. We've never offered pre-orders before so we did not even think of adding this to the orders page until we got your mail. Normally digital downloads are instantly deleivered so there was no system for tracking them. We'll have to see what is possible but thanks for bringing it to our attention.

So how and when will I be able to download the game.

The planned release date is is September 30th, but we can't guarantee it exactly as it depends hwo teh final beta test goes and if any issues hold us up but it should be close as no major issues have come up so far.

When we flick the switch you'll be mailed with details of your download and serial number and can get started as soon as you have downloaded the installer.
